Customer

The Customer section allows you to create, view, and manage all your clients within Mensalite.

➕ Creating a Customer

To add a new customer:

  1. Go to the Customer tab in the left sidebar.
  2. On the right-hand panel, you’ll see the Create Customer form.
  3. Fill out the required fields:
    • Name: Full name of the customer.
    • Email: Valid email address.
  4. Click the Create Customer button to save the new client.

📝 The system will validate the input. Make sure all fields are correctly filled out.


🔍 Searching and Filtering Customers

  • Use the Search Name... field at the top to find customers by name.
  • Use the Status filter to narrow down results based on customer status (e.g., active, inactive).

📋 Customer Table Overview

The customer list displays the following columns:

StatusCurrent status (active/inactive).
Created AtWhen the customer was added.
Updated AtLast time the data was modified.

If no customers are present, you’ll see a "No results" message.


📄 Tips

  • You can control how many rows are displayed per page using the Rows per page dropdown at the bottom right.
  • Always ensure that customer emails are unique to prevent duplication.
