Customer
The Customer section allows you to create, view, and manage all your clients within Mensalite.
➕ Creating a Customer
To add a new customer:
- Go to the Customer tab in the left sidebar.
- On the right-hand panel, you’ll see the Create Customer form.
- Fill out the required fields:
- Name: Full name of the customer.
- Email: Valid email address.
- Click the Create Customer button to save the new client.
📝 The system will validate the input. Make sure all fields are correctly filled out.
🔍 Searching and Filtering Customers
- Use the Search Name... field at the top to find customers by name.
- Use the Status filter to narrow down results based on customer status (e.g., active, inactive).
📋 Customer Table Overview
The customer list displays the following columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Serial | Internal index number. |
Name | Customer’s full name. |
Customer's email address. | |
Status | Current status (active/inactive). |
Created At | When the customer was added. |
Updated At | Last time the data was modified. |
If no customers are present, you’ll see a "No results" message.
📄 Tips
- You can control how many rows are displayed per page using the Rows per page dropdown at the bottom right.
- Always ensure that customer emails are unique to prevent duplication.
